Re-Mem-Ber What You Are
~The Great Council of the Grandmothers
“Re-mem-ber who you are,” the Grandmothers said, “and re-mem-ber what you are.” I had asked them what we most need to know at this time of upheaval here on Earth, and this was their response. “Remember,” they said. “Each time you re-mem-ber, each time you connect all aspects of yourself with the truth, you put yourself back into alignment with us. And when you do that, the world is able to right itself. It can also remember. You cannot help yourself without helping everything that lives,” they reminded me, “so your re-mem-bering at this moment in history is critical. Never was a time when the need of remembrance was so great. Re mem ber,” they said again.
“Call on the Net of Light—the great Fabric of Being of the Universe that holds you and holds all life,” they said. “Call on it and stay connected with it. Feel your place in the Net as it holds you safe and comforted within its protecting strands. You are in your right place,” they assured me. “You are exactly where you need to be. Your life, your work, your family—none of it is a mistake. Not ever,” they said. “You are exactly as you need to be. Exactly where you need to be. Right now,” they affirmed. “Today! And….” they said, “Remember who you are. You,” they laughed, they pointed at me/us, “have a job to do.
“You are a great being of light who’s been called to work with us. You’re part of the Net of Light, you help hold the Earth during these times of change that have come. And you are needed.
“This,” they said as they gestured to the Net of Light that was spread out before us, “is the Net that holds the Universe. It’s holding it now, during this time of change that was foretold long ago. Well,” they said, sighing out a breath, “it’s here now, and this change that both you and the Earth are going through, is mandated. It must happen,” they looked me in the eyes, “and you are here. This is no accident.
“We have drawn you to us at this time so you can work with us and work also with one another. You are here on Earth now to hold, cast, and magnify the presence of the great Net of Light. The Net will do its job. It will hold the Earth steady during this time of transition, and you…,” they paused, “you also have your part to play. So remember who you are now and then get to work!”
