“An Influx of Yin is Changing the World”
—The Great Council of the Grandmothers speak—
“An influx of Yin is changing the world,” the Grandmothers announced. “In spite of what the out-of-control energy of yang is doing now to frighten and distract, Yin is holding steady while yang is becoming more agitated and aggressive. Yang is trying to stop the force of love!” the Grandmothers laughed. “Impossible! We have come to hold this force of love steady and we will do this!
“You are learning discernment,” they said, “and as Earth evolves and sheds an old cycle, you must not be distracted by the passing of these old forms, but must maintain your focus on the light. When you fall into grief, fear and confusion, these negative feelings block the flow of healing Yin energy. The old MUST pass now,” they said, “and you must allow it to go.
“It’s time for you to become the voice of Yin, to speak truth and let your actions create a New World. Yes!” they declared when they saw the look on my face. “Watch this passing of the old the way a Mother Bear watches the world—her eyes are wide open as she guards her young. Be alert to what is happening, to the great change that is coming.
“It is the nature of yang to try to control whatever is in its path,” they explained. “This is what out-of-balance yang does, but the world is in the process of evolving, and now Yin must lead. Yin knows how to do this,” they laughed, “and women must step up.” Looking me up and down, they said, “It can be no other way.
“We are asking you to own your sovereignty, to move into oneness with the Mother and stand in alignment with what you think, feel, and do. When these three things are aligned within you, then Yin is able to use your heart to bring about right action on Earth. Yin knows how to correct the actions of yang, so open Yin,” they smiled. “You have work to do.
“Stay awake,” the Grandmothers said, “and we will open your heart to a deeper truth, a truth that you who have lived in a yang world have not yet known. You will open to the Sovereignty of Yin and stand and as the Mother Bear or sit as the Great Mother Herself—feet grounded on the earth, your back straight, hands resting on your knees. Take this position,” they gestured, “and let us fill you with power.
“Yin knows how to work with pure yang energy,” they said. “Yin knows how to turn the distorted patterns of yang into true yang; how to drop the old energy that has for too long operated from ‘survival of the fittest.’ No more ‘power over,” they shook their heads. “That way of living is finished and now you are moving into the purity of Yin and Yang. These energies are designed to flow in harmony.
“We, the Great Council of the Grandmothers have come to ease this transition on Earth and we’re asking you to work with us. We are asking you to open to the power of Yin,” they said. “This chance will not come again.”—the Great Council of the Grandmothers
