Net of Light Gathering at Westerbeke Ranch – Sonoma :  July 15-17, 2024

To register for the Gathering scroll down to the bottom of this screen and complete the registration form and details for each person for whom you are booking, then click on the blue “Register” button near the bottom of your screen.

Once you have registered, expect timely emails about travel planning, ride-sharing, packing suggestions, and a host of other practical concerns.

Cancellation Policy & Refunds:

– Cancel on or before Feb 20, 2024 all but $25 refunded

– Cancel on or before May 12, 2024 all but $100 refunded

No refunds on or after May 13, 2024
 
Please email your cancellation to pthorpehfe@gmail.com and your spot will go back up on the website if cancelling before May 13. 
If you need to cancel please inform Penni.  
 
– Last day to register for Sonoma is June 10, 2024 until 23:59 Pacific Time
 
 
Practical note regarding Covid: 
Due to health considerations for other participants please take a Covid test 24-48 hours before arriving and stay home if you test positive.

Practical note regarding Covid:  At these Gatherings we will follow current protocols that medical experts recommend and will also adhere to the venue's requirements. These may change by the time of the Gatherings and if so, we will all need to adapt. But as things stand now, when you come to a Net of Light Gathering, due to health considerations for other participants please take a Covid test 24-48 hours before arriving and stay home if you test positive.
